Srinivasan
College of Nursing was established in the year
2011 under Srinivasan Charitable and Educational Trust
with an aim to prepare qualified nurses to provide competent
and comprehensive Nursing care based on scientific knowledge
and humanistic values across various settings. Srinivasan
College of Nursing is located on NH Chennai - Trichy
Main road, Siruvachur, Perambalur. The college measures
45,760 sq.ft with all infrastructure facilities including
class Room, Labs, Library, Play ground and Auditorium.
Parent Hospital is Dhanalakshmi Srinivasan Medical College
Hospital, Siruvachur. (The college is recognized by
the Govt of Tamilnadu, approved by the Indian Nursing
Council and affiliated to the Tamilnadu Dr.M.G.R Medical
University).

and maintenance of optimum health.
We believe that Professional Nurse is the one who

skill acquired through higher education in a University.
Nursing knowledge is derived from physical, biological
behavioral sciences and humanities and research applied
to the practical field.
It recognize that nature of nursing is a potential
portion of students learning is acquired in the clinical

Aims
Prepare graduates to assume responsibilities as professional
competent Nurse and Midwives in providing promotive,
preventive, curative and rehabilitative services.
Prepare nurses who can make independent decision
in nursing situations, protect the rights and facilitate
individuals and groups in purist of health, function
in the hospital, community nursing services and conduct
